Naheim Ajmal -Mufti Abu Layth: Porn, Prevent, and Shady Connections

“Indeed, Allah orders justice and good conduct and giving to relatives and forbids immorality and bad conduct and oppression. He admonishes you that perhaps you will be remind.” (Qur’an 16:90)

This article is mainly written for the lilliputian following that Naheim Ajmal has accrued overtime via social media. To my count, if I remove fake accounts, trolls, and others I would estimate to be around 250 core people who follow him and take him seriously.

Nonetheless, through social media we can reach out beyond our small circles to wider audiences.

So it has reached me that Naheim Ajmal has been arrested, served a prison sentence, and has some ties to some very shady individuals.

I would like for the reader to be aware of this as regards to what is true, what is not true, and what is simply speculation.

I also want the reader to be aware of my own bias towards Naheim Ajmal. I do not regard him as a religious and/or spiritual figure. I do not even regard him as someone very learned. I think it speaks to the general lack of knowledge in our community that a small nucleus of youth would find him informative.

I say this because it becomes abundantly clear that he is not a Sunni Muslim nor does he follow the school of Imam Malik. In fact, one misleading tactic of his is to post pictures of himself with those people who are known in the Muslim community like Suhaib Webb and Nouman Ali Khan as if he [Naheim Ajmal] is a somebody or known and respected among Sunni Muslims.

He is not.

At least I was honest enough not to call myself a Sunni Muslim or a part of ‘Ahl Sunnah Wal Jammah’ once I realized how disconnected I was from many of its beliefs and perspectives.

However, Naheim continues to use the ‘Maliki’ card to sell his craft. Even though he cannot unto this day name a single Maliki scholar on the entire face of this planet that endorses his views.

For those of you who are his followers ask him. “Can you name for me a single Maliki scholar on the face of this earth that is in tandem with your views?”

If he doesn’t ignore you or block you the most you can hope for is a snarky response about how he doesn’t need them.

However, I can’t blame some people for wanting to give him a listen. Often the community especially in the U.K tends to be divided along Sufi-Salafi or Brelvi-Deobandi lines and so Naheim’s whimsical cocktail of fiqh would seem appealing in such a situation. Of course, he will have followers-why not.

However, you may want to know a little bit about the recent past of Naheim Ajmal.

Number 1. He really really hates using the name his mother gave him. He really disdains using the name ‘Naheim Ajmal‘. Like for example, he blocked me on Facebook because I don’t call him by his pseudonym.

Using his real name ‘Naheim Ajmal‘ really gets under his skin.

So why does he hate using the name his parents gave him?

The reason is simple: GOOGLE.

Enter the name ‘Naheim Ajmal‘ in google and see what top searches come up.

Now enter the name ‘Mufti Abu Layth‘ in google and see what top searches come up.

Voila! Obviously, the ‘Mufti Abu Layth’ search is more favorable than his real name. It’s a branding thing.

So now that we have pulled that curtain down let’s proceed…

Now one of the allegations about Naheim Ajmal is that he was arrested for ‘extreme pornography.’

So after recently seeing a post by Shaykh Asrar Rashid, I noticed a comment on the post about Naheim Ajmal being arrested for extreme pornography. Needless to say, a little google search and what I saw was not good at all. Contradictory articles and contradictory narratives.

I was quite livid because in my mind if it was child pornography than he would be the lowest of the low in my mind.

So being a Muslim we do have to investigate matters and try and seek clarity especially when it comes to the honour and dignity of another human being. So I put up a Facebook post with some questions in regards to it. I also reached out to people close to Naheim Ajmal.

This is what his friend Yasser Kassana told me:

It wasn’t on his laptop, first of all, it was on his whats-app on his phone and it was a group like you know there were about 50 people in the group. Umm and ya know people send all sorts of shit. He didn’t send anything somebody sent him that and in those days it used to get saved in your media gallery and he completely forgot about it and was a bit flippant and they basically picked him out and quite a few others because it you know Muslims in Birmingham very anti-Muslim down there. At particularly at that time Prevent was which was a group that was very Anti-Muslim. So they singled him out because nobody liked Mufti from the beginning. Umm he didn’t serve jail time for that. He was just basically the school understood the situation and I knew all the people really well. Umm There’s nothing we can do about it. There’s no other way we can turn this around we got to let you go so they let him go. End of nothing wrong he did.”-Yasser Kassana

So I asked Yasser; “So no jail or prison?”

Yasser replied: “Nope

“He went to Jail for helping out a friend umm who was a copper, a policeman because another friend came up to him and said I need to find my husband because he’s gone missing. So he got in touch with a friend who was a policeman umm and the policeman helped him out and located through is p.c umm at work. Which you are not supposed to do, it’s illegal. He wasn’t aware of that. He thought it was just a bit of information and he basically got held put in jail for that 2-3 months because what he did was effectively illegal um mistake. But that’s what he went to jail for he didn’t go to jail for this.” -Yasser Kassana

So I clarified and asked if Naheim Ajmal had this officer use the computer to track down this guy’s ex-wife which I said itself is a bit creepy.

Yasser corrected me and said: “Not ex-wife husband. The wife came up to him and said, “Where’s my husband?” “Because he’s having an affair.” But it’s not bizarre and creepy. Umm you know. When your ghetto street Pakistani like me and him you got friends like that who can help you out. Believe me, I have done very questionable things in my life and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again to help out a friend. Umm but you know we’re just familiar with that. It’s bad, it is what it is. He did it he got caught. I’ve done it. I’ve not got caught yet.” -Yasser Kassana

Now let us see how much of this collaborates with external media sources:

https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/midlands-news/teacher-trojan-horse-school-charged-7185381

So this source says:

A religious studies teacher who works at a Birmingham school linked to the Trojan Horse controversy has appeared in court charged with possessing extreme pornography.

Nahiem Ajmal, 35, was arrested by officers from West Midlands Police, who later detained four other teaching staff and a youth worker in connection with the inquiry.

Ajmal teaches religious education at Park View, an academy in Alum Rock which is among a number of schools that have been linked to the Trojan Horse investigations.

The tutor, who speaks five languages including Urdu and Arabic, was subsequently charged with possessing extreme pornography, contrary to the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008.

He appeared before city magistrates in February where he pleaded not guilty to the offense. His case was committed to Birmingham Crown Court.

The crown court confirmed that Nahiem Ajmal is due to appear for a plea and case management hearing on June 11.

Police have notified the suspects’ employers as well as the Department for Education.

The force said its investigation began in April 2013 as a result of an ongoing inquiry into the sharing of extreme pornography.

A West Midlands Police spokesman said: “Four men aged 45, 36, 37 and 32 have all been released and no further action will be taken.

A 36-year-old man remains on bail until a date in June.”

So let us summarize this particular news article.

a] Naheim Ajmal was part of an investigation in regards to the sharing of extreme pornography which was according to the article an investigation over a period of 9 months. April 2013-January 2014

Now think about that. This means that the police took time to investigate the crime before acting upon arrest. This certainly doesn’t sound like a situation where a person shared a video, videos, pictures, or pictures in a chat group and Naheim Ajmal was completely innocent.

b] Four men connected to the case were released and no further action will be taken against them. Naheim Ajmal was not among those people.

c] Naheim Ajmal who was the subject of a 9-month police investigation was arrested for sharing extreme pornography as it relates to the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008.

This act states:

http://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/2008/4/section/63

(7)An image falls within this subsection if it portrays, in an explicit and realistic way, any of the following—

(a)an act which threatens a person’s life,

(b)an act which results, or is likely to result, in serious injury to a person’s anus, breasts or genitals,

(c)an act which involves sexual interference with a human corpse, or

(d)a person performing an act of intercourse or oral sex with an animal (whether dead or alive),

and a reasonable person looking at the image would think that any such person or animal was real.

[F4(7A)An image falls within this subsection if it portrays, in an explicit and realistic way, either of the following—

(a)an act which involves the non-consensual penetration of a person’s vagina, anus or mouth by another with the other person’s penis, or

(b)an act which involves the non-consensual sexual penetration of a person’s vagina or anus by another with a part of the other person’s body or anything else,

So the very serious nature of the pornography was that Naheim Ajmal was said to be sharing pornography in regards to:

Necrophilia-sexual intercourse with a dead body. Molestation and/or Rape the sexual penetration of another human being against his/her will. A person being suffocated or forced to do acts while a weapon is being held up to him or her. Bestiality-sexual intercourse with an animal, rather dead or alive.

d] All we know that after Naheim Ajmals‘ committal is that there was a case management hearing for June. The outcome of the case has never been disclosed to the public.

e] If Naheim Ajmal was indeed guilty of possession and sharing of extreme pornography wouldn’t he necessarily be put in jail and or prison? The answer to this is not necessarily.

Please refer to the Crown Prosecution Service [CPS] here: https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/extreme-pornography

Here we find:

Having regard to Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights, the right to a private and family life, the requirement for any interference with that right to be prescribed by law, necessary and proportionate, the threshold for prosecuting section 63(7)(b) cases should be a high one. It will generally not be in the public interest to prosecute serious injury cases unless there is at least one aggravating factor present.

When assessing whether there are aggravating factors present when considering the public interest in prosecuting, consideration should be given to:

  • The extent of the circulation of the images, if any. For example, whether they were shared between consenting parties or posted more widely, for example on social media or pornographic sites.

  • Whether there is clear and credible evidence of exploitation of those depicted in the images.

  • The number of images involved. It is less likely to be in the public interest to prosecute for a very small number of images.

  • Any previous behavior or conduct that may amount to relevant bad character evidence.

In the same link it also states:

Sentencing

Possession of extreme pornographic images is either way offense. The maximum penalty for possession of extreme pornographic images involving necrophilia or bestiality is two years’ imprisonment and/or a fine; for other images, it is three years’ imprisonment and/or a fine.

Conclusion on possession and sharing of extreme porn.

Naheim Ajmal who goes by the moniker ‘Mufti Abu Layth‘ has never publicly spoken about this to my knowledge. The public does not know the outcome of this particular case. Naheim has never released something like the following: https://www.bailii.org/ew/cases/EWCA/Crim/2016/474.html

Nor has Naheim made public knowledge documents concerning his arraignment or verdict. This has been kept in obfuscation.

We do have circumstantial evidence such as Yasser’s testimony that Naheim is rather ‘flippant‘ about these matters. In fact, I found Yasser to be flippant in regards to it as well. His attitude seemed to be ‘it was just a bit of good clean fun.’

Naheim Ajmal routinely and constantly finds cause for sexual innuendo during his ‘Monday Nights with Mufti‘ Facebook live segments.

Or when he was recorded regarding his fantasies concerning other men here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2fwasQSSklY

In this recording, he suggests the best or ‘academic‘ way of responding to critics is to use words that blatantly give the imagery of him pleasuring another man through anal intercourse. It’s actually rather disgusting. I am not judging him for his lifestyle choices or if he has bisexual inclinations, rather the manner in which he would speak about such things openly.

Which if you think about it shows that Naheim thinks very little of himself. This is because in Naheim’s mind if a man is going to lower himself to the standard of having sexual intercourse with his own sister, Naheim is suggesting that he [Naheim] might as well pleasure this individual through anal intercourse.

May Allah (swt) protect and guide us all.

The other issue is that Naheim has told those who tune in to him that it is perfectly fine for a man to defecate and urinate on his spouse as long as it was consensual. Notwithstanding the fact that Allah [swt] in his wisdom has made feces and urine as a means for waste disposal, it seems that Naheim could care less about people getting cholera, typhoid, hepatitis, polio, and a host of other diseases through such a grotesque practice.

What makes this particular verdict troubling is that he has children that will grow up and hear these statements.

So all of this circumstantial evidences about his approach towards sex, sexuality does not come across as someone who views either women or sexuality as something sacrosanct.

Naheim’s approach is nowhere near Maliki Maslahah Al-Mursalah

f] The last point is that apparently Naheim was let go from his workplace over this issue. We will re-visit this point latter.

Investigating Naheim Ajmal’s shady connection with a cocaine dealing, brothel managing chief of police.

So now we will take a look at Naheim’s shady dealings with a cocaine dealing chief of police.

Now, this is quite a shocking revelation if what Yasser Kassana related to me is true. Because this directly contradicts the testimony of Naheim Ajmal himself as well as what the papers have reported-to an extent.

“I was imprisoned for just under 2 months around 7 weeks. And it was allot of people have been asking what led up to this actual incident. It was actually a umm ah an incident that dated back a few years really. So we’re talking almost 3 years ago and it wasn’t um something that was so huge but rather it had been made huge at a later date. There was an incident where a friend of mine a very good friend of mine uh somebody I’ve known since childhood that HIS HE came home to find HIS family had were missing. And HE panicked and HIS children were missing. and they were young just around 6 and 8 and HE, HE was really close HIS, HIS family especially HIS children and So HE kind of panicked and HE tried to seek help from the authorities who HE felt weren’t being very helpful at the time. Now HE had reached out to me as a dear friend to ask if I could um help in any possible way. So I attempted to arrange mediation. And This is what the gist of the incident was surrounding. Now in order to {camera suddenly cuts sequence] arrange mediation I had to contacted a police officer and spoke of mediation. At a much latter-day and although nothing much came of that mediation unfortunately at a later date Umm took him almost 2 years later or 1 and half years later I was to testify against this police officer to be a witness against him. For something which I believe he hadn’t done anything wrong in trying to help us. Uhh I really wasn’t too interested. As a consequence umm I myself than faced charges of aiding and abetting misconduct of a public office. For which we were imprisoned me, my friend, as well and we were given a 6-month sentence. So that, that was the-umm really the gist of what had taken place. I don’t feel that I actually did anything wrong. Umm I feel that while I was simply trying to do was help a friend. As somebody who was just trying to re-connect with HIS children. And I feel that we were, I mean this is my perception, and although people may disagree I feel we were unfairly treated against in a way because we refused to kind of give/add to the case of the prosecution against this person that they were interested in. So that was umm. That was the event.”-Naheim Ajmal.

So here you can see Naheim Ajmal with the puppy dog eyes giving his account of what happened as I have transcribed above:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=121&v=VZRrlX3lIVk&feature=emb_logo

Now I have Yasser Kassanna a close friend of Naheim’s telling me that it wasn’t a man that he assisted but rather a woman. One thing is absolutely irrefutably certain in the above clip is that Naheim is lying through his teeth about, “I contacted a police officer and spoke about mediation.”

Now I have a question for Naheim’s fans are you really prepared to believe that the police threw Naheim in jail for simply suggesting to this police officer to help with ‘mediation‘? Naheim must think that people who look up to him are absolute dolts.

I’m actually quite upset that he would treat those who take knowledge from him as such simple-minded people.

So let us take a look at this police friend of Naheim, one Osman Iqbal.

https://www.b14news.co.uk/serving-police-officer-led-crime-group/

This police officer was a dirty cop. He was arrested and is still currently serving a prison sentence for among other things, running prostitution brothels and selling class A drugs, such as cocaine.

So you have to wonder Naheim’s connection to this particular police officer. Especially in light of the following facts:

a] He admitted in the above video that his friend tried to seek help from the authorities who he did find to be very helpful

and

b] The fact that Naheim asked this officer “In one text Ajmal asked Iqbal: “Can you pull any slippery strings?”

Source: https://www.birminghammail.co.uk/news/midlands-news/teacher-who-stopped-kids-joining-8614901

You have to wonder how Naheim knows a cocaine dealing, brothel owning, police officer who might be willing to ‘pull any slippery strings‘. I am going to guess that these two didn’t meet up at any late-night study the Qur’an group. What’s your guess?

Here is how police describe this Osman Iqbal:

“Iqbal and his associates generated their income by running ‘exclusive‘ brothels and peddling Class A drugs. For them, it was all about the money and the fast cars and they didn’t care who they were exploiting and what laws they were breaking in the process.”

Maybe in the eyes of Naheim that guy is a ‘real Don‘ ?

It’s amazing how Naheim insults his followers with such blatant lies and obfuscation. It’s almost as if his followers are completely unaware of the fact that police officers are not family counselors. That mediation between couples is something best left up to either legal consultants and/or professional family counselors.

However, Naheim believes that his followers’ intellectual acumen is so low that they will gobble up whatever whopper he throws their way.

If it is one thing that upsets me the most about him it is indeed the way he treats his followers. Many of these people are those who are looking for fresh perspectives and intelligent discourse. They have good hearts and they are genuinely really good people. Yet, they hang their hopes on a man that would look into a camera and bald-faced lie to them.

Their are many disturbing aspects about this “incident” as Naheim likes to call it.

Naheim’s friend could have very well-filled a C4 form as he is entitled as a parent in U.K law to know the whereabouts of his or her children.

Women usually do not run away from their homes with children without good cause or reason.

Do note that in the above video Naheim feels that he ‘did nothing wrong‘. However, that was not what U.K law felt. So this sets a dangerous precedent for someone who is apparently against radicalization. The message that Naheim sends here is this:

You can flaunt the laws of the U.K as long as you don’t feel it’s wrong. Whereas the truth is we follow all the laws and keep within the bounds of the law of whatever nation we reside in even if we don’t agree with those laws.

You also have to wonder about Naheims claim of not being willing to testify against a man, a dirty cop, who was selling cocaine, running brothels, and more. Can you imagine being a teacher of an elementary school not willing to cooperate with the police to keep a man behind bars that could have very easily targeted anyone of those children or their parents for the sale of narcotics?

But something tells me he did indeed cooperate with the police against Osman Iqbal. However, I believe the reason he cooperated [even though he claims he didn’t] was not for the good of the children by keeping someone like that off the streets; rather it was for self-interest.

It’s like kiddie courts or like umm I guess they call them really small country court where you get activities and table tennis and you can still go out and stuff for 8 hours a day and then come back at night uhh sleep for 8 hours and then up again you know that sort of jail it wasn’t like JAIL JAIL”- Yasser Kassanna

“Contrary to my expectation the time the 7 weeks we spent in which considering what people are spending within prison is a very I mean it’s relatively nothing. But it was enough to give an amazing insight to a whole world that I feel I myself and I mean I feel maybe many others as well are completely oblivious to. Umm I found it that Al hamdulillah our time actually within went went very contrary to expectation went very well. Allah be praised. That umm no matter how much we thank Allah. It’s really insufficient. Allah s.w.t looked out for us. I mean we found we found ourselves being quite almost like comfortably kind of just floating through those weeks or what our time within. and Al hamduillah there’s umm it more than anything apart from just the stay I am actually grateful for having had that insight to seeing people think being able to umm I dunno like maybe share thoughts, stories, listen to the concerns of people from all walks of life. People who maybe it would have been inconceivable that we generally would have crossed paths. So now you have to I am to come across these people you meet them you talk to them you understand how the struggles of others umm it really I find, found that incredibly insightful. So,lilllah lil hamd-Allah be praised.” –Naheim Ajmal

More than likely he did testify and his sentence was reduced. Think about it. Yasser Kassanna basically says that Naheim didn’t go to prison but he went to a place that for all intents and purposes is for princesses and queens. It has a tennis court, 8 hours a day you are released on the condition you come back at night.

In the United States, there are two types of people who get this treatment that Naheim describes as ‘just floating through.’

The first type of person to get a princess treatment like this is a snitch that does a plea bargain or a deal. In this case, Naheim would have testified against Osman Iqbal. Something I think is a good thing but Naheim is on record saying he didn’t.

The second type of person to get a princess treatment like this is a snitch who is willing to provide the police and or government with the names of other people doing illegal activities and/or willing to work for the government.

I mean after all a world-class news organization the BBC says that Naheim was jailed for 6 months.

https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-england-birmingham-31320960

The article above does say, “Two other men, Nahiem Ajmal and Sajad Khan, were jailed for six months each.”

As well as:

Officers discovered Iqbal, from Ward End, Birmingham, had bank accounts for two non-existent businesses that were being used to launder “hundreds of thousands of pounds” from brothels in the Covent Garden and Marylebone areas of London.

He pleaded guilty in January to three counts of misconduct in public office.

Ajmal, 35, from Bucklands Lane in Hodge Hill, and Khan, also 35, from Lodge Road in Hockley, were convicted of the same offenses

It does say that Naheim was convicted of the same offenses, that is three counts of misconduct in public office. I wonder what the penalty or punishment is in the U.K penal system for just one offense of misconduct in public office?

We find here: https://www.cps.gov.uk/legal-guidance/misconduct-public-office

Principle

Scope of the offense

Misconduct in public office is an offense at common law triable only on indictment. It carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment. It is an offense confined to those who are public office holders and is committed when the office holder acts (or fails to act) in a way that constitutes a breach of the duties of that office.

Maximum sentence of life imprisonment and Naheim gets three charges and supposedly gets 6 months in jail of which is reduced to a 7-week princess treatment jail? Especially in light of both Yasser and Naheim’s claim that Prevent had it out for him?

Are we really to believe Naheim didn’t cooperate with the authorities?

I guess Naheim believes that if he can convince his followers that a woman can give birth post-menopause -which is an absurd claim on his behalf-he can convince them to believe anything.

Now there are possible ways to try and reconcile some of what Yasser and Naheim say.

For example, if we look at that Naheim got charged for 3 accounts of misconduct of public office it is possible that Naheim had asked the cocaine dealing, brothel running corrupt police officer to pull some ‘slipper strings‘ for both a male friend and a female friend as well as a possible unknown third individual. That is one way to possibly reconcile.

However, that seems unlikely. It seems unlikely because when I asked Yasser for clarification he seemed to press that it was a woman who asked Naheim for help, not a man.

In the video “interview” above: Unanswered Questions: -An interview with Mufti Abu Layth he says at the 13:32 mark:

“It meant they were spying. You were uh there was no such thing. I mean we were any mentor was clearly told that it would be unlawful for a person to collect data in a uh in a secretive or fictitious or um in a covert manner. It would actually be unlawful. Anybody doing that would get into trouble. This is what we were told.”-Naheim Ajmal.

Obviously when Naheim didn’t consider collecting data in a secretive or covert manner from a corrupt cocaine dealing, brothel owning police officer to be something unlawful.

Some other aspects are not adding up.

The reason that Naheim was let go of from the school. Which supposedly was in 2014.

Was the reason Naheim was let go of the school for:

a] Extreme pornography? in 2014

b] Public misconduct in 2015?

c] Because the police notified the school that he was working with Prevent during school hours? 2014 or 2015?

Which of these narratives are true?

For example once more in his video “interview” Unanswered Questions:-An interview with Mufti Abu Layth we find him saying:

at the 21:33 mark “The events surrounding my trial before that uhh or just somewhat short time before that that I had been quoted to be referring to a local school which everybody is aware of that I used to work at as um a ‘Trojan Horse School‘. that was this me making allegations of the ‘Trojan Horse Scandal‘ or the ‘Trojan Horse’ matter to be valid was I validating it? I mean I feel that that’s a misrepresenting what I said. Umm The quotes are there. People can see my, my statement wasn’t at the school my statement was aimed a the police and the authorities. That what I was saying is that it doesn’t make any sense to me that members of an officers of the counter-terrorism are colluding with this school, sharing data about me. Sharing my whereabouts what I’ve been doing. Sharing like certain activities I’ve been involved in with the school, working with them, to lead up to uh you know all sorts of trouble for me. I mean part of which was my imprisonment and part of which was other things.”-Naheim Ajmal.

Comments: Naheim tries to cobble together a victim narrative. Yet anyone who even listens to this incoherent rambling can see that he isn’t piecing anything together.

Naheim claims: “People can see my statement wasn’t at the school my statement was aimed at the police and the authorities.” What statement is that exactly? What is this that the people can see? Where is it accessible? Why doesn’t Naheim release his court documents?

Questions: So who made the supposed trouble for Naheim? Prevent or the police and the authorities?

Is Naheim claiming that the police and/or Prevent are the one’s who asked him to testify against his cocaine dealing, brothel owning, slippery strings pulling officer friend?

Is Naheim claiming that the police who were doing a 9-month investigation into the owning and sharing of extreme pornography put those things into his WhatsApp?

What was Naheim let go of the school for?

Extreme pornography?

Working with prevent on school hours?

Public misconduct, trying to obtain protected and personal data on other people’s whereabouts?

None of this is adding up at all.

Also, take note of the nothing-burger that Naheim tries to throw out at 23:27 minutes: “And the authorities the police even did look into an investigation all they found no reason to proceed but they did look into it at a point.”

I found that nothing-burger telling about Naheim. Of course, police have to look into any serious claims that are made. If I claim my neighbors have a child locked away in their basement the police can’t simply dismiss it. If I claim someone is plotting to blow up a building the police can’t simply dismiss it.

But the all too important “they found no reason to proceed” is simply glossed over.

Naheim claims at 25:15 “The incident the article obviously clarifies I wasn’t speaking about the school. I was just saying that the so-called ‘Trojan Horse’ ……

Which article obviously clarifies?

Also if Naheim is seeking clarification why cut him off in the middle of a sentence like the video above does?

Is Naheim talking about the following article which was intended as a puff piece but ended up portraying Naheim in more damaging light?

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/religion/11413815/Police-chief-investigated-over-Trojan-horse-school-leak.html

The above article states:

“Police also told the school that one of their part-time teachers, Naheim Ajmal, was in his spare time a key figure locally in the Home Officer’s counter-extremism programme Prevent.”

“Mr. Ajmal was immediately suspended by Park View.”

This was 2014 keep in mind.

The article goes on to say:

“Using the evidence supplied by Insp Williams, the school began disciplinary proceedings against Mr. Ajmal but dropped them last year. After his conviction, it sacked him.”

In other words in 2014 began disciplinary proceedings against Naheim but after his conviction they sacked him.

What was Naheim convicted of in 2014? What else could it be if not for possession of and sharing extreme pornography?

That certainly can’t look great on a resume. A conviction for extreme pornography and conviction for three counts of public misconduct.

In conclusion, these and other reasons are why I now distantiate myself from Naheim Ajmal who goes by the moniker of ‘Mufti Abu Layth’.

A] The way he has disrespected his followers and ardent supporters by making them look like people who will buy into any type of lies and deceit. This has to be my number one disdain for him.

B] The way that he clouts chase by uploading You-tube Videos using names like Mufti Menk, Yasir Qadhi, Muhammed Hijab, or anything that he can latch on to in order to make himself appear relevant.

C] That he claims the school of Madinah, the Maliki school-and yet hasn’t informed any of those who take knowledge from him any of the ijazas -certificates he has from any of the Maliki scholars.

D] That he takes pictures with the likes of Imam Zaid Shakir, Suhaib Webb, Nouman Ali Khan, Shaykh Maqbul, Abdal Hakim Murad to make the uninformed seem like he is someone who is well connected to and has close relations with these people.

E] His bizarre and irrational claim using his own standards in saying that Abraham’s wife had a child post-menopause.

F] His arrest, charge, and subsequent conviction of extreme porn which could very well have been of individuals who were raped or molested.

G] His disdain for the sacredness of sex and general public health by condoning one can excrete and urinate on one’s wife.

H] His own admission that he was unwilling to help police to prosecute a known cocaine dealing, brothel owning disgraced officer, and to keep him off the streets.

I] His own admission that he doesn’t feel he is subjected to all the laws of England and in the instance, he mentioned above that if he doesn’t feel he did nothing wrong than he didn’t do nothing wrong. It sets a bad example for the youth.

J] His very creepy and cringe-worthy attempts to solicit information about another man’s wife by asking a shady cop to pull slippery strings.

Your other article on this character was good, but this is a smear campaign based on some media articles and a whole lot of speculation that you yourself end up contradict(eg first assuming he was guilty of having child porn then it turns out that’s not what he was even arrested for to begin with).

Can I explain why you refuse to allow anyone having a “kunyah”, an Arab tradition that goes back thousands of years, and which was followed by Muslims since day 1? I have to say I found any war on Arabic naming conventions bizarre.

I think these are the silliest reasons for opposing malm:

    – He uses an Arabic kunyah(?????????? )
    – He was arrested but not found guilty
    – He doesn’t agree with deobandi sex-manuals spelling out the do’s and don’ts during sex

I think you should leave these kinds of “arguments” where they originate: with the people incapable of refuting malm’s ideology/verdicts.

    • Ah a Naheim Ajmal acolyte.

I think you will need to prove your claims before you are discredited.

“And they say, “None will enter Paradise except one who is a Jew or a Christian.” That is [merely] their wishful thinking, Say, “Produce your proof, if you should be truthful.”Holy Qur’an 2:111

Show us any where in the article where child pornogrpahy is mentioned?

So out of all the very important and factual points brought up in the article none of which you interacted with your focus is on.

Arabic kunya…Sure, the child’s T shirt wearing, beard dying, ear ring wearing, Naheim insist that I call him by an ARABIC kunya?

If you claim his name is a rebranding he could go with Ronald.

I think it’s clear as day that being called Naheim is a touchy issue for him.

“He was arrested but not found guilty.” – Are you o.k?
The article clearly says he was arrested and found guilty.

3 counts of public abuse of office. He asked a cocaine dealing, brothel owning, money laundering dirty cop to ‘pull a few slippery strings’.

Also he was found guilty of possesion of extreme pornography which ultimately led to his dismissal by the school {which waited to ourtight fire him pending the decisions of the courts]

You know he could release his court documents don’t you? You have to wonder why he doesn’t…

Oh I know because it’s none of our buisness right?

“He doesn’t agree with deobandi sex-manuals spelling out the do’s and don’ts during sex.” –

Well I am thankful than that the Deobandis are not big on deficating and urinating on their spouse. Makes me respect them even more.

“I think you should leave these kinds of “arguments” where they originate: with the people incapable of refuting malm’s ideology/verdicts.”

I’ve crushed every argument that he has brought forth to say that Isa’ ibn Maryam a.s was not born of a virgin.

Let’s see your guy explain how women give birth after menopause… Why don’t we start there…

May Allah [swt] guide us to what is beloved to Allah.

  2. You done fucked up now son…

    • Dad? No it can’t be it!

It must be the wokest bloke Yasser Kassanna himself.

Look you are welcome to refute the points that are made in this article, by either refuting yourself or Naheim or both in the process; however, you are going to have to leave the colourful language at the door.

      Thank you.
