“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided. And remember the favor of Allah upon you – when you were enemies and He brought your hearts together and you became, by His favor, brothers. And you were on the edge of a pit of the Fire, and He saved you from it. Thus does Allah make clear to you His verses that you may be guided.” (Qur’an 3:103)
“Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is guided” (Qur’an 16:125)
“So after the truth, what else can there be, save error? How then are you turned away?” –(Qur’an 10:32).

The sunni & shi’i come under the categories of the Ahl al-qibla as well as the Ahl al-khilaf.
Ahl al-qibla: as ahl al-qibla their life is sacred and property forbidden to take. We can marry from among them. We must take care not to slander them or to speak something not true.
Ibadi Muslims believe in working with the Ummah in matters of common objectives. This entails cooperation and collaboration.
Cooperation: is about working together to achieve a shared goal.
Collaboration: Involves working together towards a shared goal, and can include open communication, brainstorming, and constructive debate.
Ahl al-khilaf: People of opposition. In general, all non-Ibadis are people of the opposition. Otherwise they would be in 100% accord with us.
Accord: Involves doing something together in complete agreement.
