Assalaamu alaikum. Please, is this about the same ar-Rabi so often quoted in The Reliable Jurisprudence of Prayer by al-Mu’tasim Sa’id al-Ma’sali? If so please, how can I get a copy of his Musnad? And is there any chance I could also get a translation in English.
