These people do not believe that the Muslims can follow the Qur’an and the Sunnah. They believe that you can only follow the Qur’an and the Sunnah based upon the ideology of their scholars and the meaning that their scholars give to the Qur’an and the Sunnah.
The Salafi dawah is effective ONLY in that the people they talk to on the streets they only show the people what they want them to see. Those people (who they invite to Islam) are not researchers and they don’t have access to the Arabic language.
If people really know about them they will know that what they present is not Islam at all.

He is talking about killing and cutting off the heads of Shi’a and Mutazalites, and anyone who says we will not see Allah (swt) in the next life, Those who don’t believe that Allah (swt) is on his throne even if he repents, his head is to be cut off and thrown in the garbage.
